NOW WE ARE A CRIME SCENE!! HELP!!!!

Captain, Cruise Director et al

Buses waiting; that never got used.
So tonight, as we are eating dinner in the dining room, the captain tells us that the ship cannot leave Darwin because the police are not done with their investigations and the boat is considered a "Crime Scene".  They say the 24 year old girl died of "heart failure."  Humphhh.  In any case we are stuck in the harbor, not able to go ashore, not able to go on.  They tell us we night be able to leave tomorrow at 1 p.m.  Crime Scene?  Come on...
"CSI" leaving the ship

  1. You have just got to turn this experience into a novel- perhaps it can be a murder mystery, perhaps a study of life being a cruise without a port. or perhaps a study of the effects on high waves on passengers and dishes. In any event it can only get better- hopefully!!!!

  2. Start writing, Mom. Start writing. A boat that cannot come ashore, passengers who are trapped aboard by circumstances, hurricaines, high waves, medical emergencies, helicopter evacuations, a death onboard...that's either a serious drama or a high-concept farce.

  3. I just spoke to Inspector Clouseau on the "pheaun" and he said, "I suspect no one and I suspect everyone." I suspect you might be there for awhile. Joan Anonymous
